Various configurations of Micrex®/Microcreper have been
processing textiles for decorative effects for nearly 30 years.

The Micrex/Microcreper equipped with a Flat Blade assembly is
designed to give the finisher maximum flexibility to respond to a
competitive style-driven marketplace.
One style of poly/cotton sheeting can be made into to a whole
series of rich decorative styles. Changing over between patterns
is now a matter of seconds, allowing the finisher to quickly
respond to their customer.
Many decorative styles are possible, plisse, crepe, and
seer-sucker all can be accomplished on the same basic material
within minutes. New styles can be configured by the operator
using scissors, simply by cutting patterns in a steel blade. All
this at speeds up to 20 yards per minute.

there are no expensive and dangerous chemicals or effluents to be
dealt with.
Note: Not all materials can be processed
successfully. Micrex can only warrant performance on materials
where trial have been performed on commercial scale.
